Terms of Service & User Agreement

Effective Date: October 22, 2026. This User Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your access to and use of YRsite (YRsite.com) and its affiliated software and hosting services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using YRsite (YRsite.com), opening a client account, or purchasing any software license or hosting package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.

2. Services Provided

YRsite delivers high-performance digital services and infrastructure, including:

Cloud Hosting & Domain Services: High-speed NVMe hosting, managed databases, automated backups, and free SSL certificates.
Desktop Software & SaaS Products: Specialized desktop applications and business automation tools, including Office Plus.
Custom Web & Software Development: Bespoke digital solutions engineered under milestone-driven client contracts.
Technical Support & Maintenance: Continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and software updates for active subscriptions.

3. Client Accounts & Responsibilities

When registering an account with YRsite, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, and current contact details (name, email, phone number, and billing details).
Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your authentication credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
Promptly notify our support team of any suspected security breach or unauthorized activity.
Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your authenticated credentials.

4. Software Licensing (Office Plus EULA)

Intellectual Property: All software products, executable binaries, templates, and proprietary code remain the exclusive intellectual property of YRsite. Source code is never sold or transferred unless stipulated in a signed bespoke contract.

Regarding commercial software downloads (such as Office Plus):

Subscribers are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to run the software during the active subscription period.
Each license is bound to the device count quota (Max Devices) and hardware fingerprint (HWID) defined in your subscription.
You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, modify, or publicly distribute license keys without prior written authorization.
YRsite reserves the right to immediately terminate any license found to be shared, cracked, or exploited in violation of this agreement without refund.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to utilize our hosting infrastructure or services for any of the following prohibited activities:

Transmitting unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or operating spamming campaigns.
Hosting, distributing, or linking to malicious software, pirated media, copyright-infringing materials, or unlawful content.
Running unauthorized cryptocurrency miners, background botnets, or launching Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks.
Excessive resource consumption that jeopardizes the stability or security of neighboring client containers.

6. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

Currencies & Exchange Rates: Prices are displayed in US Dollars ($ USD) and Egyptian Pounds (ج.م EGP) using real-time or verified platform exchange rates.
Payment Processing: We accept verified payments via PayPal, authorized bank transfers, and local digital wallets.
Renewals: Subscriptions can be configured for automated renewal through PayPal or settled manually prior to due dates.
Refund Terms:
- Cloud Hosting: Includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases if technical service quality fails to meet expectations.
- Software Licenses: Due to immediate digital delivery, cryptographic license generation, and the availability of free trial periods, software license sales are final and non-refundable once the key has been activated.
- Domain Registrations: Fees paid for top-level domain registrations or renewals are immediately consumed by the registry and are strictly non-refundable.

7. Suspension & Termination

YRsite reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:

Unpaid invoices exceeding the defined grace period following reminder notices.
Direct violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or intellectual property terms.
Fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or falsified identity information.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain industry-leading 99.9% uptime and robust redundancy safeguards:

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties exceeding customary technical standards.
YRsite shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen global network outages or third-party telecommunication failures.
Clients are encouraged to maintain independent local backups of mission-critical business data.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted under applicable commercial regulations. In the event of any disagreement, parties agree to pursue amicable technical resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
